A.TR Dolaşım Belgesi yazı makinası veya el yazısı ile doldurulur. El yazısı ile doldurulduğu zaman mürekkepli kalem ve büyük matbaa harfleri kullanılmalıdır. Belge üzerinde silinti ve ilaveler bulunmamalıdır. Düzeltmeler yanlışların üzeri çizilmek ve gerekirse doğruları yazılmak suretiyle yapılmalıdır. Bu şekilde yapılan bütün düzeltmelerin belgeyi düzenleyen tarafından imzalanması ve gümrük idaresince tasdik edilmesi gerekir. Eşyanın tanımı bu amaçla ayrılan kutuya boş satır bırakılmadan yazılmalıdır. Kutu tamamen doldurulmadığında, eşyanın tanımına ilişkin son satırın altına boş alan kalmayacak şekilde yatay bir çizgi çekilmelidir.II. ÇEŞİTLİ KUTULARA YAZILACAK HUSUSLAR

1. İlgili kişi veya firmanın tam adı ve adresi yazılır.

2. Gerekli görülen hallerde, taşıma belgesinin numarası yazılır.

3. Gerekli görülen hallerde, alıcı kişi/kişiler veya firma/firmaların tam adı
ve adresi yazılır.

5. İhraç ülkesinin adı yazılır.

6. Varış ülkesi adı yazılır.

9. Belge kapsamı eşyanın toplam sayısı ile ilgili sıra numarası yazılır.

10. Kolilerin marka, numara, miktar ve ambalaj türü ile eşyanın ticari
tanımı yazılır.

11. 10 nolu kutuda tanımlanan eşyanın kilogram veya diğer ölçüler cinsinden brüt ağırlığı yazılır

12. Gümrük idaresi tarafından doldurulur. Gerekli görülen hallerde, çıkış evrakı ile ilgili (formun cins ve numarası, gümrük idaresinin ve vize edilen ülkenin adı) hususlar yazılır.

13. Yer, tarih ve ihracatçının adı yazılır, ihracatçı tarafından imzalanır.

The A.TR movement certificate must be typed or hand-written, if the latter, it must be completed in ink in block letters. It must not contain any erasure or superimposed correction. Any alteration must be made by deleting the incorrect particulars and adding any necessary corrections. Any such alteration must be initialed by the person who completed the certificate and be endorsed by the customs authorities. A description of the products must be given in the box reserved for this purpose without leaving any blank lines. Where the box is not completely filled, a horizontal line must be drawn below the last line of the description, the empty space being crossed through.

II. PARTICULARS TO BE ENTERED IN THE VARIOUS BOXES

1. Enter the full name address of the person or company concerned.

2. Where appropriate, enter the number of the transport document.

3. Where appropriate, enter the full name and address of the person(s) or
company(ies) to whom the goods are to be delivered.

5. Enter the name of the country from which the goods are exported.

6. Enter the name of the country concerned.

9. Enter the number of the item in question in relation to the total number
of articles on the certificate.

10. Enter the marks, numbers, quantity, kind of packages and the normal
trade description of the goods.

11. Enter the gross mass of goods described in corresponding box 10, expressed in kilograms or other measure (hl, m3, etc).

12. To be completed by the customs authority. Where appropriate, enter the particulars related to the export document (type and No of the form, name of the customs office and of the issuing country).

13. Enter the place and date, signature and name of the exporter.
